The one-month morning Tai Chi practice session has come to a successful conclusion. As the instructor, I have witnessed the steady growth and transformation of every participant. From initial challenges with unstable stances and stiff movements, they now move with confidence—guiding their limbs through the waist and hips, and performing forms such as “Cloud Hands” and “Grasping the Sparrow’s Tail” with fluidity and continuity. This progress has been deeply rewarding to observe.
Throughout our practice, we refined each detail with care: correcting habitual postures such as hunching the chest or arching the back, aligning breath with movement, and sharing the core principle of Tai Chi—using softness to overcome hardness. Experienced practitioners naturally supported beginners, and the pavilion was often filled with laughter as techniques were exchanged and skills gently tested.
Mastering Tai Chi is not achieved in a single day. It is a practice of patience and persistence. May everyone continue on this path, nurturing both body and mind through every mindful movement. I look forward to our next gathering, where we will once again meet through martial arts and continue exploring the quiet depth and enduring beauty of Tai Chi together.
