Autumn Ascent 2025: A Tai Chi Journey into Nature

The 2025 autumn mountain climbing trip for Tai Chi enthusiasts has come to a successful conclusion. As the organizer, I felt deeply gratified to see everyone ascending together—stretching both body and mind amid forests and mountain paths, strengthening physical vitality while deepening the bonds among fellow practitioners.

Along the journey, we slowed our pace, allowing the rise and fall of the mountain trails to reveal the essence of Tai Chi: looseness and sinking, and the art of borrowing force. Upon reaching the summit, we gathered in a circle to exchange insights on form practice, weaving martial philosophy into the living experience of nature. Beginners and seasoned practitioners alike supported one another, and what began as polite familiarity soon dissolved into laughter and open conversation. Fellow practitioners naturally became true mountain companions.

This event invited us beyond the walls of the training hall, allowing us to experience Tai Chi’s principle of unity between humanity and nature in its most authentic form. Looking ahead to our next gathering—whether on the training ground or in the wild—we will continue to connect through martial arts, cultivate inner stillness, and walk this path together.
