Immersed in Wudang: A Journey of Heart and Nature

Visiting Wudang, I dwell deep in the clouds and mountains, engaging in a dialogue with heaven and earth through the heart of cultivation. The morning bell awakens the dew, and with each slow, deliberate movement, I twist the flowing clouds, inhale the mountain qi, and release the worldly restlessness from muscles and bones.

At dusk, I sit quietly before the Purple Sky Palace, listening to the pine waves accompanying the Tao, watching stars fall gently upon the black tiles, and sensing the true meaning of “The Tao follows nature”: neither fast nor slow, neither humble nor arrogant. My heart becomes one with the mountains, my mind aligned with the Tao.

A few days of practice here are not for the rush of daily life, but for seeking inner exploration. Amid the spiritual depth and weight of Wudang, we calibrate our nature, embrace our true selves, and honor the gifts of mountains, rivers, and the original intention of cultivation.
